I got quotes from a few flooring contractors, but these folks were the most impressive. They emailed me estimate for floor sanding within one day after I responded to their online questions.
These guys have a really good website and they are certified by National Wood Flooring Association. They followed through with responses to all my concerns regarding the project. It really helped my anxiety that I was able to exchange a lot of emails with them. You do not do these projects very often.
Once started, everything was done in a timely fashion and everybody was very professional and courteous.
The cost of the work was very reasonable for the quality. I got also advice about gaps on our other floors and proper maintenance. I would highly recommend them.
