I ENTERED INTO A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH ""SUN OAK PORPERTIES"" ON MIAMI STREET IN SOUTHBEND A COUPLE YEARS AGO. IT HAS DONE NOTHING BUT HURT MY CREDIT. AND THATS AT THIS POINT, WHO KNOWS IF I CAN SELL THESE PROPERTIES RIGHT NOW. I ASKED FOR THE KEYS TO MY PROPERTIES AND THEY STOPPED MANAGING THEM. PART OF THEIR ""PROGRAM"" IS THAT THEY WILL MAINTAIN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES AS LONG AS YOU BUY 4 PROPERTIES A YEAR. WITH THAT SAID THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH FUNDS TO COVER YOUR MORTGAGE IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A RENTER FOR THAT PROPERTY. AS SOON AS I ASKED FOR THE KEYS TO MY PROPERTIES. EVERYTHING STOPPED. NOW I HAVE OVER 400,00 DOLLARS IN REAL ESTATE THAT I HAVE TO MAKE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ON. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS. \r
