BEWARE! BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I HAVE 7 HOUSES THAT THEY MANAGED, ONE WAS ONLY RENTED OUT FOR 2 MONTHS OF THE WHOLE 1 YEAR THEY MANAGED IT. THEY LET MY HOUSES GROW MOLD, DID NO REPAIRS OR MAINTENCE WHAT SO EVER!!! HOUSES ARE FORECLOSED ON WITH TENANTS STILL LIVING THERE AND PAYING RENT TO THEM, BUT THE MORTGAGES NEVER GOT PAID!!!! PEOPLE SMARTEN UP!!! IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT IS. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR THE INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH IT. THIS GUY SHOULD BE IN PRISON FOR MORTGAGE AND INVESTOR FRAUD. HE WILL SCREW OVER THE WRONG PERSON ONE DAY AND LEARN A VERY PAINFULL LESSON. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. YOU RUINED MY CREDIT AND CONVINCED ME THAT WE WERE FRIENDS....ITS ALL PART OF THE SCAM. HOW MANY FRIENDS DO YOU HAVE NOW SINCE YOU RIPPED OFF EVERYONE YOU EVER KNEW?
