I will never use this company again. While the end result of my kitchen remodel is acceptable, not great, there are numerous things that should have been done differently throughout the project. First, the project that was supposed to be 2-3 weeks wound up taking over 3 months to complete. Second, the project was run horribly. Why anyone would put in new cabinets before taping, mudding, and painting walls is beyond me. Third, at least 3 times I had to make lengthy lists or place post it notes all over the kitchen pointing various flaws. While I can understand having to do this once at the end of a project for smaller issues they might overlook. There is no reason I should have to continually point out the same problems over and over again. Fourth, they never cleaned up after themselves and even after directly asking them, couldn't be bothered to put up plastic to contain the mess to the kitchen. I cant even count how many times I had to clean up after them. Including, disposal of all the waste. I had to break down drywall and 2x4's and lug everything out of the garage for regular trash pick up. Seems to me a company of this size should have a way to dispose of their waste. And finally, when I thought everything was done, I started painting an adjacent room. When I took off the air return vent, I noticed two large holes in the drywall that were only being covered by the new cabinet pantry put in the kitchen. I was repeatedly told it would not affect the air return and it wasn't a problem. Even though the problem was they left holes in the wall and tried to cut corners and figured I would never notice. Makes me wonder what else they did I might not see for a while. And you know they would never leave something like that in their own home. Only after I got upset and told them I would never use their services again did I get a call back saying they would send someone out. It took the guy all of 10-15 minutes though he was rather rude and wouldn't even say hi or talk at all. I'm glad to finally be completely finished with them and as I noted I will not be using them again. I cannot recommend them either. That being said, I have received compliments on the final work. Though there are still some issues that I'll have to live with. Pros: End result for the most part Cons: Service, project management, length of time to complete
