Overstock did not honors the price that they made by mistake on the merchandise and they cancelled my order in cold. I was order a Hoover F8100900 Platinum Collection Carpet Cleaner listed on the website with a price of $329.99, minus 10 % discount and $1 shipping, which total come to $279. 99. Two to three days later I received an email from overstock with stated “due to an inventory error we were unable to ship the item.” And my order was cancelled by overstock, under my account. according to Overstock, if I want to reorder the Hoover Platinum I have to pay for the new price of $372.94 including the shipping. This is unprofessional of business of conduct and did not stand behind their work of mistake.
I will never go back to Overstock and will not recommend to anyone. I give overstock inc a one star because I cannot give it a zero star.
