Businiess name:  Seastar Restaurant And Raw Bar

Review content:
I'm amazed at the high expectations of most people. Hey, this is Bellevue, not Belltown! Seastar is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants on the Eastside. If you are entertaining for business, the only other option in downtown Bellevue has been Daniels broiler. Yawn. Bellevue has been long overdue for a downtown restaurant that is not completely suburban and offers fresh and innovative dishes beyond the boring surf and turf fare of the local dining institutions. The seafood selection is outstanding.... yes, my Washington Albacore Tuna was a bit overdone and my guest's broccoli required a chainsaw to eat, but the presentation and impeccable service certainly made up for it. The Sommelier was probably younger than some of the wines on the menu, but he was quite savvy and made some great recommendations. Overall, if you are looking for an Eastside night on the town, start at Seastar. Pros: ambiance, service, variety Cons: inconsistency, parking
