The radiator on my 2000 Chevy pickup (35,000 miles) blew up - 4 holes blew out. Called the Chevy dealer who said they work with Broad Rock towing. \r

Called them. Got to my location in about 20 minutes. They got my truck loaded and to the dealer’s location in just a few minutes.\r

Take checks and credit cards. They wrote a receipt so I could turn it into my insurance company for reimbursement.\r

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH BROAD ROCK TOWING - BUT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO - A TOW TRUCK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OFFERED ME 2 RATES - PAYING CASH & GETTING NO RECEIPT or PAY MORE MONEY AND GET A RECEIPT. I DIDN’T THINK THIS OTHER COMPANY WAS HONEST. WHICH MADE ME WONDERED ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. DIDN'T HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH BROAD ROCK TOWING. \r

I added Broad Rock Towing as a contact on my cell phone so the next time I have a problem - I can contact an honest tow business.\r
