ACTIONS SPEAK LOADER THAN WORDS!\r
ABSOLUTE PROOF of the commitment Mark's Ark and the incredible staff and Ownership have to their customers and their critters! \r
Todd & the Gang are the best! \r
As ""Critter Junkies"" we have purchaced, many small animals/reptiles/fish plus all the accessories that you must have, at Mark's Ark & the compitition over the last several decades.( Trust me I have cages, tanks, rocks , logs, etc from friends long gone, just filling my shed to the rafters.) Not to mention the ones still housing friends in my home.\r
HOWEVER, I have never purchased any of my dogs from there or any other Pet store. UNTIL we saw a face that could not be left behind!\r
Not that they haven't had many cute faces in years past BUT because of the dreaded Pet Shop dog reputation. {{shutter}}. \r
This little guy is the poster child for ""Must have mutliple Dogs!"" Full of energy and personality with some to spare. ?We fell in love. ? \r
No one has a crystal ball and this little guy did not look or act sick. But ended up very sick very quickly. Sad truth is no matter where you buy a pet there are no guarantees.\r
We called the store from the vets office with some questions. The Vet staff did not expect the co-operation & concern that Todd gave them. In fact they were a little skeptical about the sincerity. I was told he had requested I call the store after with and update. When I did, Todd could not have been more sincerely concerned and apologetic, and thrilled that the issues were treatable. ( I know huh ...thats just not your typical Pet Store!)\r
I know they did not knowingly sell us a sick puppy. This illness was by no fault of theirs! \r
NO pet store, shelter, breeder, individual would have given us the options of help that we were given. And they gave us several. Now understand I did not have to scream or yell or make idol threats or ask. They just went above and beyond. Assisting with the medical bills!\r
Compitition beware the bar has been raise! \r
