I had read a report online about this doctor that had already suggested a misdiagnosis. I was hoping it was sour grapes, as it was the only review available. However, upon arriving at the ""Devi Women's Center"" I found that the office was a dank, cramped hole in the wall with nothing more than a piece of paper with the above title printed on it and taped to the window. How I was supposed to see this from the street is unclear and did not inspire confidence. ""Devi Women's Center"" makes it sound like a collection of physicians in a large professional building, which it clearly was not. Now here is the really SCARY part. Among the forms for new patients was a form requiring a signature stating ""I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE IS NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE AND THAT NO GUARANTEES HAVE BEEN MADE TO ME AS TO THE OUTCOME OF THE PROCEDURES AND OR TREATENTS"". Seriously? Is anyone dumb enough to actually sign this? I knew it felt wrong so I asked a friend of mine who does medical transcription and she said that this was NOT a standard disclaimer and that I should stay far away from this person. I agree 100%
