I contacted party pals to do a singing telegram for me. I worked with them for a week to arrange for the telegram. They contacted me 36 hours before the event and told me they could not arrange to have someone at the event. They should have contacted me sooner to let me know they could not arrange to provide this service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
