I recently was visited by a couple salesmen offering quotes from Nitti Sanitation. I listened however did not sign up. I read reviews about Nitti here and then decided to call them to find answers regarding their negative reviews. They danced around the issues and didn't even to try to answer my questions. They did have an attractive price for a 65 gal can with a 55 gal can for recycling. Their recycling was picked up bimonthly. I was apprehensive and decided to call Trojes to get their opinion. I simple advised what I had been quoted for the type of service. First of all the person I talked with was informative about several company's not just Nitti. It was like shopping Progressive for insurance. With the honest feedback and the willingness to completely explain how the sanitation service works I decided to stay with Trojes. The person I was speaking with wouldn't let me off the phone without first being offered to meet the quote from Nitti. The quote was $4 less than Trojes so I didn't care as I will pay that for better serve but the girl I talked with stated she was going to beat that price and certainly did! I honestly feel like I may have taken advantage of Trojes - that's how low the quote was. I certainly understand the cost of fuel and we all have bills to pay so my gosh when I was offered the lower price I tried to talk her up but she wasn't going to have it. Bottom line I would have stayed and paid more with the kind of service I get from Trojes. Can is always neatly placed right where I left it. Recycling is picked up and sorted. I some times put my garage trash can out with junk in it and Trojes takes it. I always anticipate an increase in my next bill for that however it happens. Trojes has picked up everything I have set out for them. I encourage anyone looking for service or thinking of switching to call them and my guess is you'll be pleasantly surprised
