Beware! The management is constantly turned over. Since 1994 there have been 30+ management turnovers! The current management is ruthless and has ice running through their veins. Upon move out they falsify their records and put bogus pictures in your file. The pool is closed half the time and the hot tub NEVER works. The current manager has her children on the property during most days so in addition to managing the property she is providing daycare to her children at the same time.
Pros: most of the employees (not management) are friendly and professional!
