I have tried a number of places to get a haircut. Overall, I find Rooster's to be a pretty great establishment. The staff is friendly and there are several employees there who I can comfortably sit down and trust they will do a great job. I like the theme of the place, featuring elements of a ""traditional"" barber shop. Little touches like hot towel face treatment and aftershave lotions reminiscent of sandlewood allow even tough guys to relax and get a little attention... without feeling ""pampered"". It's a shame they can no longer serve beer, but for my monthly trim, Rooster's is a nice stop where you can tell that the business model is ""We treat men like men."" Definitely the kind of place every guy should try once; I think you'll become a regular.
