I decided to give Rite-Way Plumbing Inc. a try so I found them in the phone book and called. Chris was able to come over within two hours or so, which was great. I had a leaking pipe on top of my water heater, it was bent over, I suspect from work my last plumber had done. Chris was able to cut it and put an elbow on it and now it's completely fixed.
Chris was on time, friendly and patient. I'm a stay-at-home dad, so I asked if I could watch what he was doing because I find this sort of thing very interesting. He not only took the time to show me what he was doing, but he also explained it to me, so I felt like he gave me a good education about what was going on as well. I also showed him a few other things around the house and he gave me quotes on those things. I definitely will use Rite-Way again!
