Review content:
I found Rite-Way Plumbing on the internet, and hired them because I was experience two plumbing issues in my home. First, the handle on my kitchen faucet kept falling off, and I couldn't figure out how to keep it securely fastened. I also needed them to fix a leak in my shower. When they came out, there was nothing they could do about the faucet handle right away. They did take a picture though, so that they could research the model and get back to me. Once they began looking into the shower, they were able to show me where some of the parts were installed incorrectly, which was causing the leak. They were able to correct the issue without having to tear down the wall, which I was very pleased with. They were willing to put in a little extra work, and saved me money, as well as the hassle and mess involved with drywall work. A week later, they called me back regarding the faucet, and informed be that it was still under warranty. They brought over the new part, installed it, and didn't charge me for anything but the trip fee. I felt like Rite-Way went out of their way to deliver on their promises. They gave 100, and I am glad that I chose them.
