I used Rite-Way Plumbing recently for what was kind of an emergency situation. They had been out one time previously to replace a part on my water heater, but this time the 15 year-old unit had finally died. It was on a Sunday evening, and they were out early Monday morning, at about 8AM. They spoke with me about different styles and capacities of replacement heaters, and the various benefits of each. Once I had made a decision, the gentleman with whom we were working made one quick phone call, and informed me that the new unit would arrive within the hour.
Rite-Way performed the installation that same day, and everything was working correctly within two hours of the new unit arriving. The job was incredibly proficient. I was expecting a lag of at least a day or two, but everything was taken care of in a very time sensitive manner. They were very nice and professional throughout, and I had no reservations with their work. Their prices aren't bad, either. For a quick and efficient job, I would definitely recommend them.
