Our experiences have been exactly the opposite of what I have seen posted here! Our service in all but one instances has been outstanding, in fact once so good that we called the restaurant to commend our server, Lauren! We have found them all to be very helpful and pleasant ! The one instance that was not outstanding was merely great!\r

We also enjoyed the food a LOT and have tried the crab all the different ways that it is made! Being 3rd gen SF we have been raised on crab, and have our favs: this is one of them.\r

the downside is that this is not an inexpensive restaurant, but worth a special occasion..... they also were very good with the grandkids (5 and 7 YO) the 2 times that we brought them with us.
