PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AT NEW ENGLAND EYE INSTITUTE AND BEWARE. This is the first time in my life I have ever had to report a business. In fact, my next step is to report them to the Consumer Protection Agency of Massachusetts. They charged me $20 for a service I did not receive. I complained in person, on the phone and by mail. In fact, in person the administration verbally confirmed they would erase this charge and they didn't. Then they kept sending me the bill with the latest one saying they are going to report me to a collection agency. Administration is HORRIBLE at this place. Please know that I am a doctor and I would never EVER treat any of my customers this way. Funny because they've lost my family's business, which is worth much more than $20, all for being unprofessional and horribly managed. There are much better places around Boston than this place and I honestly urge you to beware
