Review content:
I knew the moment I called to make an appointment and the person answering the phone started insisting on conditions that the Thompson Creek experience was going to be difficult.
They have not even come to my home yet and already insisted my wife be present although she is not involved in the decision making process.
They dictated the time for the appointment.
When I asked that the sales person bring the NFRC ratings for the windows with him.her, the person helping me did not know what I meant. The NFRC is the national rating agency for replacement widows.
Not sure I will go through with this as it already sounds like I'm buying a used car. Let me check with my manager (yes, they said that twice on the call).
Pros: Been around a long time
Cons: Used car sales tactics
