Review content:
First, the driver couldn't find my location - even while I was standing outside waving, telling him the address on the phone, and describing the building, he passed me and stopped on an entirely different block - this, after stopping at the other end of my block the first time. On the way to the repair shop, he went in the opposite direction of the shop TWICE, even though he repeated the street address to me and claimed to know the shop. At one point he turned left after I told him to turn right (after he heard me and acknowledged ""right"". If I hadn't chosen to go along and walk back home, I wonder if the car ever would have made it.
Cons: driver had NO IDEA where he was going
