I have never seen such poor customer service. Right after I opened an account with this bank, they provided me bad information that cost me $550. When I called to find out what happened they started yelling at me and told me I should have known their organization well enough to know I would lose my money. I told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and they told me ""Do what you have to do, we don't care."" They have failed to provide other basic services as well. They are completely incompetent. Do not do business with them!!
