Everyone beware! This man (Paul Monahan) figured out that people were warning others about him and his company and so he changed the name from Monahan Property Management to Central Massachusetts Property Management. What a sleaze! Let me explain to you how he remains employed: he does anything and everything for the Board Members to get them to want to keep him around, and he does NOTHING for the other owners except attempt to make them as miserable as possible! He is a pathological liar. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! He will tell you one thing and then turn around and lie to the Condo Board about it. He has no conscience - he is a wormy little creep! My skin literally crawls when I see him or have to speak to him because he has treated my family so poorly. He continually produces issues that require $$ that we never knew we needed before and guess who gets a portion of all work performed? You got it! He brings in his deficient workforce to do a less than mediocre job and then takes a portion of our money for ""supervising"" the job. He has zero credentials and he doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Agree with everyone else that he sends annoying letters (that he charges us to send out) and he will at times accost an owner publically in these letters if they so much as question anything he has done. Interesting tidbit - when I moved here and before he managed the property, the Condo meetings were very well attended with lots of chatter among neighbors. Recently there was a condo meeting and they couldn’t take a vote because only one person showed up. No one wants to be the next target! Our Condo Board has sold their soul to the devil, and the devil is Paul Monahan. Remember, it is now Central Massachusetts Property Management. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
