Found Paul's add in our Home magazine. He is quite a bit farther north, but came to Snoqualmie. He was prompt, pre-treated areas, did most of the carpet in my home under two hours, with beautiful results. Looks brand new, including the stairs which get the most wear in our house. He left a bottle of stain remover for our use. We are selling our home, and the carpet looks as new as it did 5 years ago, after Paul cleaned it. No wet mess left either.
