I've always had a good experience at Villagio. Staff is friendly and not at all snooty which is greatly appreciated. I've tried and not returned to several Indianapolis day spas because of the bad attitude of the staff. Please bring back the brownies. It reminds me of the Bliss Spas and another element that sets you apart from the pack of day spas in Indianapolis.
Pros: ambience, staff friendlisness, great massages
Cons: bring back the brownies, eye masks during massages are sometimes missing
