Hi Michael,
Good morning and happy Monday. Just wanted to let you know how wonderful and stress free the move went thanks largely to the 4 great men you sent to do the job. It seems to always be an unknown when hiring a moving company in NYC because of the many horror stories you hear over the years. This certainly was not the case with TLC!!!! Your movers were highly professional and extremely competent. The foreman explained everything to us and put our concerns at rest and helped ease the emotional pain of moving. We are selling our house upstate NY, about 2 hours from the city and we would like to use TLC to do this job as well. I would choose to have the same foreman if possible. He had a appreciation and respect for fine furniture which I witnessed in how he prepared our furniture for storage. Thank you Michael for convincing us to sign with your company.You were always professional and showed extreme patience with the many calls and questions I had for you. I wanted verbally to express the sentiments above but I know you were busy with end of the month jobs. Thanks again for making our emotional move from NYC less painful and stress free.
