I had booked my move from the UES to UWS with another moving company months in advance. The moving company I booked with confirmed with me two times prior to the moving date. On the day of the move, they showed up nearly 3 hours late and were totally unprepared. It was a complete disaster. I was helplessly calling around and the prices were so high and the moving companies I called didnt want to take the job since it was so last minute or they didnt have the capacity to do so.
I called TLC and spoke to Omar. He was extremely helpful; calmed me down and said not to worry that he would make sure the move would go smoothly for me. Omar as well as Paolo (a dispatcher) and two other men showed up. Omar and Paolo aren't even movers, but they were willing to move me since they were shorthanded since this was a last minute job., THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES FOR THE COMPANY and their RESPECT for clients!
They moved me to my new apartment in just about two hours. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. All four of the men were clean cut, true gentlemen and extremely helpful and careful when packing me up. They were very professional, efficient, and asked multiple questions throughout the move to make sure everything was moving along as I had wished. The move with this company could not have gone any smoother. The moving truck was very clean. It was the most high end experience I could have EVER anticipated. I would recommend this company to anyone. Anytime I move I will use this company only; it is the first experience I have had with a moving company that ran so smoothly which started out as a disaster and they did a total turn-around for me.
