After my SUV decided to die on me, we decided it was time for a new car. My husband recommended a Toyota 4Runner. I have had toyota vehicles in the past and never had any significant problems. After spending an exhausting morning at other dealerships, we decided to head to Toyota of Cool Springs-which is only a little more than a mile from where we live.
We were approached by Viktor Barberena and stated what vehicle we were seeking. He immediately suggested a 4Runner that was a pre-owned (2011) and we were on our way. He knew everything about the vehicle, even before we could ask any questions. We test drove it, and headed back to the dealership. He walked us through the entire process, and got us a great deal on our trade-in! His personality was enthusiastic and easy-going....he never pushed us through the deal and answered any and all questions for us. Henry helped us explain the financial part of it and stayed past closing to work out our buy! ""Uncle Viktor"" as we came to know him, and Henry are two people you should find when looking for a Toyota at Cool Springs.
We love our 4Runner and look forward to continued business with Toyota of Cool Springs for years to come when it comes to maintenance on our vehicle. Go there if you are looking for great service and no pressure!
