Review content:
I am not sure even where to begin. My 79 year old landlord hired this construction company to fix the roof and ceiling on an older home. They charged him 12,000. After a month and a half of what can only be described as hell, this contractor has told us he is finished. Initially they came out and ""fixed"" the roof, the first time it rained it leaked in the front room and two of the bedrooms. They came out and ""fixed"" it again. This time, the water literally poured into the house in all three rooms ruining the carpet. He then promised that he would tear the ceiling back out and re-do it. He did not, he patched one spot in the frontroom and replaced one wall in the bedroom. The rest of the holes are still present. Some of them look like mold is already coming through. They did not paint the rafting to prevent mold from growing back. They used some of the old insulation that was originally in the house. Wet sheetrock and insulation are still in the ceiling. There is a 5x5 foot giant water spot in the front room. They clogged the bathroom sink with sheetrock spackle, tore up the kitchen floor, spilled spackle all over the carpet and mopped it up with one of my towels. They left pieces of the roof all over the yard. One day, I came home to find a latter propped up against my car. I would not recommend this contractor to my enemy.
