Today is the 6th day that my family and I don't have any heat. Average nightly temp - 20 degrees!!! Prospect is responsible for the faulty install of my furnace that was seeping over 50% of my propane into the air. The local fire department had to shut down my furnace for safety reasons...and guess what...Prospect doesn't care. They won't return any of my calls. They told the HVAC company - ""Sorry - we're not replacing the unit"". It will cost $2500 to replace the unit, over $500 in lost propane...and the cancellation of my brother's 40th Surprise Birthday party (priceless). This is the most unethical business ever. They have hurt and destroyed so many families with their Bankruptcy after which the owner was on a 14 day family vacation in Hawaii....and he continues to destroy families...My husband and I now must decide - Christmas presents for our 4 children or replace a furnace and provide them heat?!?!? \r
