I've been on the phone with these fine folks for an hour, yet I've not once spoken to a single person, only their automated system. Each time I I call I'm routed through their system and I wait and I wait and I wait, eventually the phone rings and a voice comes on telling me that the person I'm attempting to reach is not available and that their voicebox is full.
I guess since these people have you by the balls in the first place, they can afford to get off on being a huge pain in the rear for people that just want to get business done.
thanks for wasting my afternoon, 'preciate it.
