During the sweltering heat streak in August 2007, W.C. Butler came to my rescue. \r
Imagine vacationing at the beach and returning home to temperatures that rival that of your vacation spot. My house was beyond unbearable.\r
I started to call a business that I had used in the past even though they are pricey and I had never been very impressed; then a friend suggested I call W.C. Butler. It was a good call.\r
A service tech was at my house the next day. He did what he could to maximize the function of the air condition unit but said it was on it's last leg (I thought it might be).\r
While the tech was at my house I set up an appointment for an estimate to replace the air conditioning unit and my ancient furnace. In less than a week W.C. Butler was at my house and I received 3 seperate estimates the same day: \r
1 for just the air, \r
1 for the air and oil furnace, and \r
1 for the air and replacing the oil furnance with a heat pump. \r
Just days later the van arrived early in the morning to start and complete the work. They completely removed my old gigantic oil furnance and air unit, set up the new units, cleaned up and were gone before my daughter got home from school. WOW.\r
Their prices are competitive. I found W.C. Butler to be fast, knowledgable, affordable, friendly and professional. \r
I am very happy with my heat pump (sure beats oil) and reccommend W.C. Butler.
