I ordered this nice HERSHEY'S HUGS bouquet for Valentine's Day and they totally mess up the delivery and bouquet! Tried to deliver some POS daisy's in a clear glass vase. When I called they said they're closed for the day and to call back tomorrow. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! ""Call back tomorrow"" I got a so called woman supervisor (Sam T) on the line who said they would get me the correct bouquet today (she was blowing me off).
Two hours later they call and said they were going to refund my money because they do not have the bouquet I orders. Now mind you I placed this order 1/26, I should have been at the top of this list, but the system obviously doesn't work like that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!
