When the Mexican spit tobacco on the floor in front of my wife...
She told him not to spit on the floor anymore. Disgusting that Jose, supposedly Wetherseal's best, had so little class or respect for our new home.
It was only after they left, as we were furnishing our new house, that we found the dried tobacco spit in my wife's new stackable washer dryer.
The pipes froze on several inside and outside faucets the following winter. It seems they didn't put the insulation between the pipes and the outside walls.
I had floods and frozen pipes in the downstairs. Had to tear out sheetrock to repair their poor quality.
We had air leaks in all corners of the house and around the skylights... Stink bugs galore... They did not seal the house and did a poor job of insulating around the windows.
There's no fix for their lack of class and lack of respect for
your property or your home.
Not their house... not their problem. Beware. Avoid...
Take your business elsewhere.
