Previously, I thought I had found a real treat. Price was right, service good, and they provided extra touches that other places of their type did not (wine, parafin waxes for feet and hands). Have had two bad experiences in the past year because they seem to take walk-ins regardless of whether they are booked full with appointments. I called the owner and she said she would have someone call me back. I sent a follow up e-mail and have had no response to my phone call or e-mail. Waited 20 minutes in cold water for them to begin mani/pedi that I and two others had an appt for. Hot parafin wax burned us. When we complained we were told we were being too sensitive. If they won't even address the issues that I e-mailed them about, I won't be going back again.
