Review content:
We rented a town home from TPM for 4 months. The town home was in less than stellar conditions. The carpets smelled horribly of wet dog and were dirty, the overall home was not clean. Were are problems really were was when we moved out. TPM charged us for a month's rent in which we did not live there. We had given them a well over 30 day notice of our movement, but still was charged for an extra month. We never received a phone call or the two statements they claimed to send us. We were sent to collections for an error on their part. They also charge erroneous charges for repairs that were already broken when we moved in and an astronomical charge for cleaning carpets. I would NEVER recommend TPM to anyone. They are difficult to work with and will do anything to nickle and dime you. This is a horrible company to do any business with. Do not rent from TPM!
