I've been using Berli's on more than a few occasions over the past few years, and my experience with them has been nothing short of excellence. I must say, they may not get it right the first time, but my goodness, they absolutely will not disappoint you during the 2nd attempt. They are super courteous, and professional. Extremely accommodating, and willing to listen. The work they do is so good, that you have a real hard time in spotting the previous damage area. I'm very critical when it comes to my car repairs, and they impressed me every time. John was my adviser, and I have no hesitation in dealing with him again (but I hope I wouldn't need to!)
Price wise, it's pretty good, considering the quality, but most of the time, it was for insurance claims, so I can't comment too much here.
Big thumbs up, if you own a premium brand vehicle that needs body repair. I swear if they do engine repairs and service as well, I'll pick Berli's over my dealership!
