I am vey pleased with Chem-Dry. They were on time and also called beforehand to let me know that they were on their way.
I own 4 dogs and also foster dogs for SAVE-A-PET in Niagara County and sometimes, you have pet accidents, which happens.
Chem-dry was able to get these accidents out of our bedroom and Florida room, which were there already a few years !! Both carpets are already 10 years old, but now, look like they are "brand new".
I already recommended you to my neighbor, who has cats, and she will also call you in the future.
Many, many thanks again, and if I need these 2 rooms cleaned again, I will definitely call you.
