We met with Fahmina to search for a princess cut diamond for a solitaire engagement ring. Not only was she extremely patient with us in teaching us about the 5 C's and how to view the diamonds with the triple magnifier, she did her absolute best to find us the best diamond for our budget. She also helped me pick out the setting for my ring - I ended up going with her suggestion for what setting would look best on my finger and it was gorgeous! She was extremely patient in walking us through all the paperwork for our payment plan and in getting the ring appraised and insured before we met the office, just to make sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about once we left. She even had the rings I was wearing cleaned for free while we were waiting for the diamond to be placed in the setting I chose. Fahmina made our entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. She helped us save over $1000 from the estimated price we were given at Zales, which made a huge difference as we're both students and don't have much money. The ring looked absolutely gorgeous and we definitely plan on going back for our wedding bands! Fahmina treated us so well and made everything so easy for us, guiding us to help us find the best diamond for our budget. Best decision we ever made.
