This was a great find! I had been looking for months for a good engagement ring for my fiance, and had little luck. The people at Diamonds Chicago were patient and helpful with me and actually created a personalized ring with me. They had tons of diamonds on location for me to look at various price points, and there was no pressure to buy at all! They even allowed me schedule personlized after hours meetings to help me find what I was looking for! A real change from chain stores. \r

They make sure to take the time to educate you on your choice to so that you know exactly what you are getting too! I enjoyed the experience so much, my fiance and I returned here to purchase our wedding rings, and we were very happy to find no decline in service despite not looking at diamonds or anything too fancy for our rings. A great over all experience!
