My fiance and I have had a very good experience with Diamonds Chicago. When my fiance went looking for engagement rings, he felt that the staff at Diamonds Chicago really took the time to educate him about diamonds. They worked with him to pick out the perfect setting at a very fair price. Months later, our English bulldog puppy decided to use my ring as a chew toy. It was badly damaged but Diamonds Chicago did a great job repairing it. When we returned to purchase our wedding bands, Carly suggested some adjustments to make my engagement ring a bit more durable. The adjustments were made while we waited. When the ring came back, it was unfortunately off center and it was sized incorrectly. Carly couldn't have been nicer about it. She offered to replace the ring for us. We really appreciated the way they handled the problem. They're really a great group of people to work with and we look forward to doing more business with Diamonds Chicago in the future!
