The staff at Diamonds Chicago were absolutely great. I had shopped around at several other store front locations on Wabash and they all felt so "" used car salesman"" like. I didn't get a good feeling. After working with Diamonds Chicago I felt that they were honest, knowledgeable and they were really trying to help me find the best quality diamond I could find. I ended up not only purchasing a loose stone but also a ring. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely go back for all my jewelry needs.
