We were so impressed with the service and prices that we received on our visit to Diamonds Chicago. We were greeted by a lovely lady and I told her that I wanted to have 5 stones set in a band. Due to the size of the stones, we were referred to Carlie (Manager and Designer). We were so impressed with her, she listened to exactly what I was looking for, she took her time and showed us many options and together we came up with the perfect setting!!!
I also wanted a stone designed into a pendant from a ring I had, she suggested many ideas and once we decided on the setting, she sent it off where they made the setting and set the stone and within 1 hour, I had the pendant back and more beautiful than I could ever imaged...for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere.
The other important factor with doing business with Diamonds Chicago is that I felt comfortable at all times with releasing my diamonds to them. They are easy to work with, not pushy to make a sale, they listen to our needs and educated us on many aspects of buying diamonds, selling my un-used gold pieces and gave us many options and designs for my new purchases. YEAH!! I'm so happy we found this place!
We will continue to go back for new jewelry and also to re-design my old jewelry into something new and beautiful. I would suggest making an appointment before you go, as you don't want to rush a ""GEM"" purchase.
