I have been using Lefler's Electronics since the late 1980's and have always received excellent service.\r
An example: Recently , the evening before we were to go on a 15 day trip our alarm failed to arm after business hours. I called Lefler's Electronics and left a message as to the nature of the failure. Mr. Lefler called me within 30 minutes and I explained to him that we were to leave the next morning to go on a extended trip. Rather than dispatch a service technician he talked me through (using codes to temporary arm our system) on how to by-pass the alarm fault and informed me to call when we got back from our trip to have the problem fixed. I tried the codes a couple of times to ensure that I had the instructions that he gave me down pat. To my good fortune the second time that I armed the system the fault went away and the system has been fine since then. Today I called Lefler's Electronics and thanked them for the service that they provided.
Pros: Just a good solid company to deal with...has always addressed problems to my satisfaction.
Cons: Had problems one time in 20 years with a service techician and see the pro remark....that is if you call that a problem.
