Review content:
We went into the store to sell some old sporting equipment. One of the employees told us that we would get $15 for trade-in or $11 in cash.\r

We decided to trade-in so we looked for something to purchase.\r
\r
We then came back up to the front and waited for someone to help us. An older gentleman came up and we told him that the guy said he would take these two things (we had a ton of stuff) and then showed him the paper that the employee had filled it.\r

He then told us he wasn't taking the items, he has too many of them after we were already told that they would take them.\r

I said, ""The other person just told us that you would take it.""\r
\r
Then the man said, ""This is my store and I can do what I want.""\r
\r
I am very disappointed in the customer service at this store. We were going to buy an elliptical that they had; however, I would rather pay more money for someone who provides better customer service.\r

We had been to the Costa Mesa store, and they had much better service.
