Review content:
This company is ran by incompetent kids. The owner is 24 year old (who said he has owned it since 2004). Has no customer service skills whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I dropped of my Playstation 3 to be fixed and was told it would cost $50 to $60, which I throught was fair. I was told that the manager would call the next day. The manager never called and when I called back the manager quoted me almost double and said he would call me in a couple of days. The manager never called and everytime I spoke with him I got a different anwer and quote. I finally just wanted my Playstation back. The best advise I can give anyone who is reading this ""DON'T TAKE ANYTHING YOU WANT BACK TO THIS COMPANY!!! They lie and cheat you out of your money.
Pros: No pros
Cons: Get a different answer everytime you call!!
