Pam Howard is the manager at Directors Choice. She is the most absolute RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL human being I have EVER been around. I can not express to you how shocked I am over her choice in words and personal attack when dealing with an every day business decision. \r
If you do business with Directors Choice, I would do a general census on the professionalism and approval of your clients on how satisfied they are with Directors Choice’s service, including their customer service! \r
You need to be sure you are not losing business because of her behavior. I personally, along with several other people were in motion to do business with her and have ""pulled out"" due to her extreme and unnecessary, unprofessional behavior and personal attacks on us. RUN AWAY FROM DIRECTORS CHOICE they are absolutely awful because they employ someone like Pam Howard!!!!\r
