I had a great experience working with my sales representative, Tracy Barwick. She was on time for her appointment, and showed up with a smile. She had nice size samples of different shutter panels, and explained thoroughly the best application for my windows. She even showed me how to use my tilt-to-clean windows, and how Signature Shutters could accommodate my windows to still use that feature. She was very knowledgeable about the construction, application, and product options. She had a clever option over my Kitchen sink that allowed me to open my panels, clearing my high faucet. My shutter order was delivered within the time frame promised, and I was very happy with the final installation. The installer, Brian, was very careful working in my home, and was prepared to complete the job the same day. I highly recommend Signature Shutters for their service and quality.
