I don't even think the owner of this place has heard of the term ""customer service"". I purchased a Groupon and tried 3 times to make an appointment. The first 2 times they were booked and teh 3rd time they only had 1 time available. I explained that I wouldn't be able to come before the expiration date due to going out of town and the lack of appointment availability. I requested an extention on the expiration date of my Groupon just by a few days so I could use it when I come back from vacation. The owner refused and would not try to accomodate me at all. Each and everytime I called they were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience since I had a Groupon. Don't sign up to offer them if you don't want people to use them! If you want a pleasant experience DON'T go to this place!
