Review content:
Had hired these guys at a premium price to install an egress window in our basement and was the biggest disaster! They were over three weeks later than scheduled completion time because they FORGOT to order the windows, they destroyed our basement with the mess from cutting the window and we had to follow up with them DAILY to see if they were even coming out to work each day. The window they installed looks like white trash and it was installed incorrectly. They never even filed for a permit with the city until AFTER the job was completed and we called them out on it when we finished up our portion of the permit. They will do nothing but lie to you and pretend like they are there to help you when in fact they are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in the construction industry (which I do daily). I would NOT recommend them for ANYTHING but a full blown headache! Also, Adam that has also been rating on all these sites is most likely Adam that works there and is part owner.
