It saddens me to read so many negative reviews of Elliott tire. I have been a customer for 30 years and have never had a bad experience. I never felt that I had been over charged or had unnecessary work done. In fact, I have had free work on numerous occasions. The staff has always been courteous and helpful and willing to work with my schedule. I know it is not easy to find an auto repair place that you can trust. I am now having to leave Seattle and will have to find a new repair place. I hope I am lucky enough to find another that will be as reliable as I have found Elliott Tire to be.
